Restaurant Franselita has a twofold idea: to satisfy Lithuanian gastronomic curiosity, dishes are prepared à la française: chicken, light salad with local goat cheese and French wine. And guests from France are already used to tasting Lithuanian dishes – shashlik, cold borscht or fried bread, and to enjoy Aukštaitija traditional beer. Representatives of the foreign country are always welcomed with folk music and accompanied by traditional dances.
The restaurant has operated and will operate by prior arrangement.
